Your Role

Reporting to the General Manager;

In this role, you will:

  • Lead all Front of House Food & Beverage operations, including Restaurant, Bar, and Banquets, ensuring operational excellence at all times
  • Consistently exceed guest and client expectations across all meal periods and events
  • Plan, direct, and execute banquet and event operations in alignment with Banquet Event Orders, including real-time problem solving and last-minute adjustments
  • Build, coach, and develop a highly engaged team through effective leadership, training, and recognition
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll administration, and labour cost control
  • Establish, implement, and enforce service standards, SOPs, and training programs
  • Act as a health and safety leader, ensuring compliance with all regulations and safe operating practices
  • Collaborate with all hotel departments to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience

What You Bring to the Table

  • 3–5 years of Food & Beverage leadership experience, preferably in a full-service hotel or high-volume environment
  • Hands-on leadership style with proven ability to train, coach, motivate, and develop teams
  • Experience leading teams for large functions and events
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
