Your Role

Reporting to the Guest Service Manager;

Radisson Blu Toronto Downtown is currently recruiting for a Part - Time Bellperson! In this role, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service in line with SHG’s vision, mission, and values.
  • Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional atmosphere at all times.
  • Provide airport shuttle service, including monitoring arrivals, greeting guests, and coordinating transportation.
  • Assist guests with luggage and escort them to rooms while explaining room features and hotel services.
  • Support overall guest experience by responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining service standards across all interactions

What You Bring to the Table

  • Positive attitude with a professional and guest-focused approach.
  • Valid Class G driver’s license.
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience (hotel experience is an asset).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
