Food & Beverage Experience Manager

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the General Manager, the Food & Beverage Experience Manager will:

  • Create and maintain a deliciously inviting food offering and an innovative all day beverage program that draws the crowds and drives revenue
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Social House, driving the vibe, creating a high energy space where people want to gather all day
  • Work closely with the small-but-mighty leadership team to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience for both hotel and restaurant guests.
  • Implement and uphold procedures and processes that ensure successful operations and provide growth and development for the team members, helping to mold them into well rounded hospitality professionals.
  • Drive a culture of performance and high engagement through recognition, training,  coaching.. and fun!

What We are Looking for...

  • Passion for food & beverage, guest service and the hospitality industry as a whole
  • Creativity, innovation and an ability to think outside the box and challenge others to do the same.
  • Hands-on approach to training and a leadership style committed to developing and motivating the team to attain an exceptional level of guest service
  • Strong computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office, is essential…Property management and Point of Sale systems as well.
  • Organized, results-orientated, proven time management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • University or College diploma in Hospitality would be a bonus!
  • Available to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as required.
