Guest Services Agent - Reservations
We are currently looking for a Guest Services Agent - Reservations The primary responsibility of the Guest Service Agent is to provide our hotel guests with a positive first and last impression, as well as provide them with exceptional service. The Guest Service Agent represents the hotels to guests throughout all stages of their stay. Guest Service Agents - Reservations are responsible for anspering incoming reservations calls and completeing reservations and hotel bookings in combination with other Guest Service Agent duties. They are responsible for providing information about the hotel and guest services and respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum guest satisfaction. Additionally, they may identify guest's reservation status, identify how long the guest will stay, and assigns rooms, and accommodate special requests whenever possible. They verify method of payments and follow established credit-checking procedures, enter guest and room information into the property managment system, and communicate this information to the appropriate hotel departments as required. Guest Service Agents are engaging team players who are highly inclusive, inspiring and able to communicate effectively. They personify our corporate culture in daily interactions with both guests and team members.
