We’re looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team! This role is responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of the Food and Beverage team to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the department, resulting in a seamless experience for guests.

Your Role

Reporting to the Guest Service Manager, the Food & Beverage Supervisor will:

  • Supervise Food and Beverage team members and drive a culture of performance and high engagement, ensuring all guest interactions exemplify our vision of creating exceptional experiences.
  • Ensure guests receive prompt, professional attention and personal recognition. Ensure guests are greeted upon arrival. Respond appropriately to guest complaints. Implement appropriate service recovery gestures to ensure total guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure the team is effectively trained on all Brand Service Standards, and that standards are consistently followed through monitoring and providing feedback to the team members.
  • Assist the Guest Service Manager with the development of policies and procedures for the Food and Beverage team.
  • Assist the Guest Service Manager in monitoring and controlling labour costs/expenses, and achieving revenue and profitability goals.
  • Manage Food & Beverage operations, including placing orders and performing inventory checks.
  • Supervise the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain service standards.

  • Minimum 2 years of Food and Beverage experience in a hotel environment
  • Some management/supervisory experience in a Hotel Front Desk is a definite
  • Degree or Diploma in Food and Beverage Management is an
  • Demonstrated exceptional guest/customer service skills with a passion for anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are
  • Computer literate in Word and Micros experience is an asset.
  • Results are oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well in a busy and demanding
  • A self-motivated individual with the ability to solve problems, initiate action, and complete projects in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
  • Must be friendly, energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated, with a professional
  • Available to work nights, weekends and/or holidays as required, including occasional Manager-On-Duty
