Your Role

The Marketing & Social Media Coordinator plays a key role in bringing each hotel’s brand story to life through engaging digital content and coordinated marketing initiatives. This position is responsible for the planning, creation, and execution of visual and written content across multiple hotel and food & beverage portfolios, working closely with the Marketing team, photographers, and on-property teams. From leading content shoots and managing social media calendars to driving community engagement and supporting paid social strategies, this role ensures a consistent and compelling online presence.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing & Social Media Coordinator is primarily responsible for:

  • Creating visual content for Union Hotel, The Anndore House, Pantages Hotel, Hotel Victoria and The Westley Hotel every month in collaboration with Marketing Manager, 3rd party photographers and hotel and food and beverage team members, and assisting with caption copywriting for social media posts
  • Creating visual content for Radisson Blu every month in collaboration with Senior Marketing Manager
  • Planning and executing content plans at all ancillary hotels, including quarterly content shoots at GTA properties and annual content shoots at properties outside the GTA
  • Scheduling social media content for all hotels using social media scheduling software (ie. Sprout or Agorapulse)
  • Responsible for community management on all hotel and restaurant accounts
  • Posting daily stories to Instagram and TikTok for Union Hotel, The Anndore House, Pantages Hotel, Hotel Victoria, The Westley Hotel and their respective food and beverage outlets
  • Supporting social media ads strategy and recommending high performing content to boost through Meta Business Suite / Facebook Ads Manager
  • Writing monthly blog articles to support SEO for hotels with vanity websites
  • Monitoring online reviews and escalates to property teams as needed

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience
  • Experience creating and editing content for social media
  • Proven success driving KPIs pertaining to social media growth and digital advertising
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to plan and execute photo and video shoots
  • Strong knowledge of current digital trends and the ability to quickly adapt to a fast-changing digital landscape
  • Strong communication skills, adaptable while working in a fast-paced environment
