Vegetable-forward dishes, family-style dining, and a carefully curated wine program balancing Old World selections with fresh, modern wines complete the experience.

Your Role

The Barista is primarily responsible for:

  • Prepare and serve beverages according to recipe specifications and guest preferences.
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and attentive manner, providing recommendations and taking orders promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Engage in upselling and suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales and enhance the guest experience.
  • Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and deliver exceptional service to guests.
  • Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and laws, including checking identification and monitoring guest intoxication levels.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Previous experience as a bartender.
  • Knowledge of cocktail recipes, drink mixing techniques, and beverage service standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Certification in responsible alcohol service (Smart Serve) is required.
  • Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
